A high-speed Wi-Fi for the participants which is also free builds the relationship with your visitors which builds on the distinction you wish to project to your local community. The good will continues to build as you continue your persistence and determination to insure that your facility and service are the topmost in your community.
How about putting in a media wall with two or more screens so higher quality presentations
can be made to attendees? Yes, it is a little more cost, but where else in your community can that be done. It may be that there are few or no other audio-visual presentation areas conveniently located in your community.
Perhaps companies that have been having having meetings in their own facilities would prefer to use your facility because it is better equipped and more pleasant than their facilities . . . particularly if some of their attendees are already having delightful stays in your hotel as a result of the special package you have offered them for their meeting attendees.
